Where does Sainsburys Wine deliver?
We deliver to all UK addresses. We are unable to deliver to Eire or the Channel Islands.

How will my goods be delivered?
We use couriers who deliver straight to your door. For the majority of UK addresses your wine will be delivered by Business Post. For addresses in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and certain parts of Scotland we use Parcelforce for deliveries.

How long will it take to arrive?
Your wine will be delivered within five working days of the order being placed. We are unable to deliver evenings, weekends or bank holidays.

What happens if I am out at the time of delivery?
You can choose to specify a safe location to leave the wine if you think you might be out at the time of delivery. Otherwise the couriers will attempt delivery on two consecutive days. If they miss you they will leave a card with a contact number for the local depot. You can then arrange a specific day for delivery.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact the customer care team on 0800 917 4092 who will track the progress of your order.

Can I have the case sent to an address other than my own?
The case can be sent to any UK address.

How do I cancel the order or change the delivery address?
Contact the customer care team on 0800 917 4092. If the order has not yet been delivered they will be able to cancel the order or make the relevant changes.

What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is £4.99 per order.

What do I do if a bottle is corked or I am unhappy with the quality of the wine?
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of a bottle of wine call the customer care team on 0800 917 4092 and they will refund you the cost of that bottle.

How can I pay?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex and Delta.

Do I get Nectar Points?
Yes - providing you give us your Nectar number prior to confirming your order.
